We are surrounded by some spectacular countryside, perfect for walking, bike riding and an array of outdoor activities. For the less active there is no shortage of places to explore. With a camper van the journey is more important than the destination, you'll want to keep stopping,make new friends and enjoy the camper van experience We are located close to the major road network allowing easy access to many interesting places no matter how long you hire. We have put together some ideas but in the end it's completely up to you, we are here to offer advice and will go through some itineraries we think might be of interest to you.



Take time to explore this historic county,beautiful countryside, great hill walking or off road biking.The Bustling market towns of Lancaster, Preston or Blackburn, friendly people and friendly faces. The mysterious and atmospheric Pendle Hill country, scene of the infamous Pendle witch trials. An area dotted with pretty villages for you to explore with some great country pubs full of local character. The coastline boasts some of the countries finest seaside towns including the king of them all Blackpool, one of the most visited tourist attractions in the land. You'll find something for the whole family to enjoy.


The Lake District

What can we say that has not already been said and by people more eloquent than we are. A land of poets and writers, beautiful lakes and majestic mountains, truly breathtaking scenery. There is beautiful Keswick where you will be able to camp on the edge of the lake, visit Ambleside and Bowness with a wealth of shops to explore. Countless water activities and endless walks and climbs of varying degrees of difficulty. This is an area you will want to discover over and over again.


North Wales

Just a short drive away and with endless possibilities. With 750 miles of coastline, beautiful countryside, spectacular food and drink. Over 600 castles and 2 languages....go and see for yourselves


The Peak District

An outdoor lovers paradise, Britain's first National Park, with its dramatic moorlands and breathtaking landscapes. This area contains some of the countries finest country houses and picturesque stone villages. With the Chatsworth Estate, medieval Haddon Hall and Lyme Park, there are plenty of opportunities to soak up the grandeur of a bygone era.



The largest county in the country. Yorkshire also claims to be the greenest..and the locals call it "Gods country". Visit York, a city of contrasts and exciting discoveries,a city crammed with impressive architecture, Georgian mansions, Viking settlements, gothic masterpieces and Victorian cobbled streets,all squeezed within the Roman walls The wild and enchanting Yorkshire Dales, explore this ancient unspoilt landscape on foot or perhaps by mountain bike, with its crags, peaks and valleys, whatever you choose you'll be inspired. Cheshire and Chester

Chester is a romantic city. Watch the world go by from a riverside cafe, wander the compact city streets, walk its medieval walls and you'll see what we mean. Beyond the city walls find stunning scenery, historic sites and the gastro-pubs for which Cheshire as become famous.




Closer than you think, easily reachable within a few hours or better still,break up your journey and stay overnight in the Lake District. Famous for its historic castles, traditional Highland games and beautiful lochs, discover the setting of world famous movies, the place for stylish shopping and the perfect stage for new and exciting events.
